Cats Pjamas B&B has partnered with Wheelie Fantastic from Mapua. Nicky and Lisa rent high quality bikes and included in the price is a proper fitting to ensure you’re comfortable. Wheelie Fantastic are based at Mapua Wharf but have also put together the following day trips which includes pick-up and drop off from our B&B.
Motueka Valley: 40-80 kms
Follow part of the Great Taste Trail in the breathtaking Motueka Valley. Finish along the Motueka waterfront or return to a pick up point in the valley. Various distances can be catered for $140 per person.
Wineries & Moutere Countryside: 20-35 kms
Start and finish at Woollaston’s Estate. Take in the views of the countryside, stop at award winning wineries and learn the history of our area. Finish back at Woollaston or in Mapua. This route includes an exclusive souvenir route map and a 10% discount on wine or a platter at the Woollaston Estate $110 per person.
Ruby Coast: 30 kms
This route can be extended or shortened as required. Follow the Great Taste Trail from Rough Island, through Rabbit Island and enjoy the Flat Buttomed Fairy across to Mapua. Continue along the coast to Kina Peninsula and then return by a different route to Mapua. The $12 ferry ticket is included in the price $110 per person.
